Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Conduct client caregiver drop-ins and routine client check-ins.
• Work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with office and field mix.
• Mornings in the office; afternoons in the field for visits and outreach.
• Build community relationships and represent the company locally.
• Assemble and deliver client and community gift baskets.
• Identify ways to improve client and caregiver experience.
• Communicate updates to the administrative team.
