Job summary

Offshore Launch is a remote, full-time role supporting a US residential plumbing and remodeling company. You’ll manage phones, schedules, estimates, invoices, and office systems, acting as the owner’s organizer and first point of contact.

You will own the workflow from call intake to payments, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate data, and compliant permits. This position emphasizes independence and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office management or dispatch.
• Experience with home services platforms.
• Excellent spoken English and a confident, warm phone presence.
• Strong follow-up habit and multitasking.
• Availability for US Central business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and book service calls, repairs and remodel estimates.
• Schedule and dispatch jobs in field service software; coordinate with technicians and project managers.
• Follow up on open estimates until won or declined; keep pipeline current.
• Send invoices promptly and follow up on receivables.
• Maintain clean system data in the field service software (time, costs, job details).
• Track permits and insurance certificates and local requirements as directed.
• Coordinate with bookkeeper, marketing agency, and payroll provider; supervise a virtual assistant.
• Provide regular reporting on calls, bookings, estimates, and receivables.
• Follow and update the office SOP library as the business evolves.
