Job summary

Offshore Launch is seeking an Office Manager for a family-owned residential plumbing, heating and cooling company serving CT and NY. You will own the office operations, handle calls, scheduling, billing, payroll, permits, and reporting while ensuring high-quality service and membership renewals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in office management or operations coordination and proficiency with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Jobber, along with excellent English and multitasking ability tailored

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office management, dispatch, customer service or operations coordination in home services.

Responsibilities

• Answer and book service calls and estimates.
• Schedule and manage technicians' daily routes and updates for customers.
• Follow up on estimates and renew maintenance memberships.
• Track job progress from booking to invoicing and flag delays.
• Handle billing, payments, and financing applications.
• Manage permits, COIs, licenses, and paperwork.
• Prepare payroll and generate weekly owner reports.
• Keep the field service software accurate and up to date.
