Responsibilities

• Own call handling, booking, and schedule management.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and AR follow-up.
• Run payroll, onboarding, permits, and COIs.

Job description

• Administrative backbone for a plumbing and heating company on Housecall Pro.
• Handle calls, scheduling, invoicing, permits, and payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Own call handling, booking, and schedule management.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and AR follow-up.
• Run payroll, onboarding, permits, and COIs.
• Up to $1600/month plus annual bonus.
