Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue across North and Central America, with a focus on ACHE, Material Handling, Food & Beverage, and other heavy industries. You will leverage independent reps and your product knowledge to deliver profitable sales.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs, and travel up to 30% to meet clients and represent Solve at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of outside industrial sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience with a focus on vertical markets in Bearings and Power Transmission.
• Ability to travel up to 30% with an active/valid driver’s license.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability within key vertical markets.
• Forecast sales goals using market data and identify gaps for product development.
• Maintain sales activity in CRM and update customer data regularly.
• Foster relationships with independent manufacturer reps to champion Solve products.
• Conduct onsite meetings to upsell new products and troubleshoot client issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering on promotional strategy.
