Job summary

ABB seeks an OEM Account Manager to lead growth across multiple accounts from a remote Ohio base. You will manage quotations, orders and training while driving demand generation to position ABB as the preferred vendor.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor competition, and develop account plans to expand margins and customer satisfaction across the Electrification Smart Buildings division in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3+ years in electrical sales or ABB products preferred.
• Proven ability to work with OEM customers and manage complex negotiations.
• Strong in technical applications, proposal development, and sales analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership with authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for OEM customers, building strategic relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and margin.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with business goals.
