NTT DATA North America is seeking a dynamic People & Organization / OCM Consulting Senior Manager to delight our clients and grow the practice. You will lead complex change initiatives, develop tailored strategies, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

You will coach consultants, support business development, and help shape thought leadership while traveling up to 50% to serve global clients. Join a collaborative, inclusive culture with strong training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and relevant consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years at Big 4 or boutique firms with advisory client relationships and sales collaboration.
• 5+ years leading medium to complex change management engagements.
• 2+ years building and leading a matrixed, cross-functional team of up to 20.

Responsibilities

• Be a senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
• Develop, lead and execute comprehensive People & Organization strategies to maximize adoption.
• Drive adoption, ROI, and outcomes while measuring change readiness and impact.
• Design and mobilize a network of change advocates.
• Apply OCM methodologies to create customized client approaches.
• Identify new ways to accelerate clients through change journeys.
• Coach and mentor consulting talent and support business development efforts.
• Engage in hiring processes and contribute to thought leadership and tools.
