Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Consulting Manager to join our People & Organizational Consulting Practice in a remote US role.

You will partner with global clients to design and implement OCM strategies, drive user adoption, and maximize value across initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of OCM leadership, Big 4 experience, and the ability to manage a matrixed team while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience.
• 5+ years leading successful OCM initiatives with a methodology-driven approach.
• Managed $1M+ in revenue.
• 2+ years coaching and managing a matrixed, cross-functional team of up to 10.
• Prosci, ACMP or equivalent OCM certification.

Responsibilities

• Advise global clients on change initiatives and develop tailored People & Organization/OCM strategies.
• Lead adoption, measure impact, and drive ROI while ensuring client success.
• Coach and mentor junior to mid-career consultants; build internal partnerships for growth.
• Participate in hiring, thought leadership and development of collateral and templates.
