Job summary

WideNet Consulting Group is seeking an experienced OCM Lead to drive adoption of new systems and processes across the US. You will design and execute change strategies, engage stakeholders, develop communications, and oversee training and readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.

You will define the program, maintain the strategy and roadmap, conduct assessments, and lead risk mitigation. Collaboration with HR, IT, and project teams will be essential to align milestones and

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations including NowAssist and Virtual Agent.
• Demonstrated expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, executive communications, training strategy and delivery, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consulting partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and launch the change management program.
• Develop and maintain the overall OCM strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and persona analysis.
• Lead change impact assessments and mitigation planning.
• Create and drive leadership alignment and engagement plans.
• Build relationships with business leaders, HR, IT, and project teams.
• Align change activities with project milestones and business priorities.
• Develop communication strategies and plans; craft key messages.
• Execute pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live campaigns.
• Assess training needs and oversee training materials and train-the-trainer programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adoption; establish adoption metrics.
• Conduct change readiness analytics and identify risks with mitigation.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live adoption activities.
• Report OCM status and risks to leadership; coordinate with PMO and vendors.
