BeOne Medicines is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise OCM strategy across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, and AI adoption, shaping governance, sponsorship, and performance measures to accelerate adoption and value realization.

You will scale a global OCM center of excellence, coach executives, and partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders to embed change leadership in transformation delivery. East Coast preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with 12+ years in enterprise transformation.
OCM certification (e.g., Prosci/CCMP) strongly preferred.
PM/Agile/Lean credentials support disciplined transformation planning.
AI and digital adoption knowledge in complex, regulated environments.

Responsabilités

Define the GTS OCM vision, operating model, standards, and roadmap.
Advise leaders on organizational impacts, sponsorship, risks, and interventions.
Oversee OCM across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI, and operating model changes.
Partner with process owners on workforce readiness and regional standardization.
Lead a global OCM Center of Excellence and communities of practice.
Translate North Star outcomes into measurable OKRs and adoption metrics.
