Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Senior Director, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead the enterprise OCM strategy across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI adoption, and operating model redesign, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption.

You will scale a global OCM center of excellence and partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders to ensure readiness, sponsorship, and measurable value realization across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of enterprise transformation leadership experience.
• Strong certification in Change Management (Prosci/CCMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise OCM vision, operating model, standards, and roadmap.
• Advise leaders on organizational impacts, sponsorship, and stakeholder risk.
• Oversee OCM across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI, and operating model changes.
• Lead a global OCM center of excellence and build a scalable practitioner network.
• Drive adoption measurements, readiness, and value realization across regions.
