Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience developing change management plans and strong project management skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide input and manage an OCM strategy and plan.
• Partner with sponsors to prepare, manage and reinforce OCM practices.
• Ensure leading practice OCM standards are implemented.
• Manage communication planning and development with agencies.
• Serve as liaison with project teams for key messages.
• Monitor and review OCM assessments and readiness surveys.
• Coach business leaders in developing resistance management plans.
• Assist in mapping new processes and identifying impacts.
• Identify skills gaps and develop action plans.
• Track agency readiness and adoption metrics.
