Job summary

NOCD is seeking independently licensed therapists (LP, LPCMH, LMFT, LCSW) in Delaware to join our telehealth network. You will provide OCD treatment via our video platform, manage caseloads, and document thoroughly in the NOCD EHR system.

Training, mentorship, and ongoing clinical development are provided. This role offers remote work from a private location, with schedule flexibility to accommodate 25 hours of direct client contact per week, and participation in structured clinical

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Delaware: licensed psychologist, LPC-MH, LMFT, LCSW (state license in good standing).
• At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT).

Responsibilities

• Provide OCD treatment via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and documentation using NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical training, supervision, and group consultations.
• Collaborate with network of psychiatrists and therapists to guide treatment decisions.
• Attend NOCD training programs and maintain ongoing professional development.
