NOCD is expanding its network of Independently Licensed Therapists in Arkansas to provide evidence-based OCD treatment through telehealth. You will join a supportive team with specialized OCD training and ongoing clinical mentorship.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating using ERP/CBT, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with a network of providers to guide patient care. Remote work is supported with a flexible schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Active license to practice in Arkansas in relevant field.
• Must hold a Master's degree in a mental health discipline.
• Current, unrestricted license in good standing.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide OCD-focused psychotherapy via NOCD platform.
• Manage caseload and scheduling for consistent care.
• Document clinical sessions promptly in NOCD EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to guide treatment.
• Engage in clinical training and group consultations.
• Achieve 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend weekly group clinical consultation sessions.
• Maintain availability for after-hours member sessions.
