Job summary

NOCD is seeking a PSYPACT-authorized psychologist to join our network as a full-time remote provider. You will deliver OCD-focused psychotherapy via the NOCD platform, manage your caseload, and document thoroughly using our EHR.

You will engage in ongoing clinical consultations and training and collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to reinforce treatment decisions. The role offers world-class training, mentorship, and a robust bonus program within a supportive startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold PSYPACT license and be authorized to practice in the relevant state(s).
• Excellent communication skills with patients and teams.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a remote setup with reliable tech.
• Wamiliarity with evidence-based OCD treatments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for OCD via NOCD platform.
• Manage your caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with network psychiatrists and therapists to inform treatment decisions.
