We are seeking talented OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers.

Must be available to attend training Mon - Fri from 9am - 6pm EST.

Responsibilities
  • Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
  • Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
  • Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service
You will…
  • Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 50 mbps upload/20 mbps download or higher, high-speed internet connection. We will provide the necessary equipment.
  • Support our field's peak season starting around February.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Use gamification methods as a tool to measure performance.

Qualifications
What’s required
  • High School/GED
  • 2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record
  • 2+ years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
  • Ability to make 200+ calls per day
  • High PC proficiency for navigating multiple systems during calls
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
Work From Home Requirements
  • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace

  • High-speed internet (minimum 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload), with ability to connect via Ethernet
