Job summary

INA Solution is seeking an Obsolescence Analyst (Systems Engineer) to lead remediation planning for satellite-ground systems. The role focuses on obsolescence across complex ground networks, evaluating technical, cost, and schedule impacts, and developing effective remediation strategies.

Responsibilities include developing labor and cost estimates, coordinating with engineering and supply chain, and ensuring analysis is communicated clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6+ years of related experience, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in obsolescence management, DMSMS, lifecycle sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Execute obsolescence analysis and remediation planning for ground-based systems.
• Analyze networked systems to identify root causes and remediation paths.
• Develop remediation plans for hardware, software, networking, or processing systems.
• Prepare cost, labor, and schedule estimates for remediation activities.
• Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and technical rigor.
• Coordinate with engineers, supply chain, and program leadership on mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to lifecycle management improvements.
