Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Observability Architect to lead technical engagements for strategic customers. You will own customer success, architect complex observability solutions, and guide adoption across diverse environments.

You will partner with Engagement Managers to drive discovery, onboarding, and enablement, shaping product feedback and roadmaps while maintaining deep technical involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in technical support, TAM, consulting, SE or Professional Services in tech.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
• Design observability maturity journeys and assist customers on that path.
• Provide expert troubleshooting to drive adoption.
• Conduct technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success.
