Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Associate Observability Architect to lead technical customer engagements, architect complex observability solutions, and drive adoption across diverse environments. You’ll partner with engineers, SREs and architects to ensure solutions are embedded in mission-critical systems and aligned with customer goals.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Grafana customers
• Design the observability maturity journey for customers and guide them
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success
• Develop and deliver technical documentation and guides
• Collaborate with account teams for regular reviews and ROI discussions
