Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Observability Architect to lead technical engagements with our key customers. You will blend systems thinking, architecture design, and customer impact to shape long-term success across complex environments.

You will serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers, design and guide their observability maturity, and drive adoption of our product suite. Travel up to 25% may be required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Math or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• 5+ years in technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE or Professional Services role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for Grafana customer portfolio.
• Design observability maturity journey for customers and assist them on that path.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption and ROI.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks for client success.
