Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions and related technologies.
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
• Advise clients on best practices for leveraging technology.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success.
