New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager - O2C to own the execution of the Order-to-Cash roadmap and drive continuous process and system improvements across finance and billing functions.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to design scalable operations, balance flexibility with simplicity, and ensure data integrity in billing and usage. This role offers a strategic platform to influence revenue growth while maintaining streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Billing, or Revenue Operations within high-growth, consumption-based B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational concepts for diverse audiences.
• Highly detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and structured in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive the O2C roadmap: Co-own and prioritize the Order-to-Cash roadmap based on core business needs and customer impact.
• Deliver system capabilities: Translate business requirements into technical specs and partner with Engineering/QA to implement.
• Lead quality & adoption: Review test plans, validate results, and coordinate UAT for smooth launches.
• Design scalable operations: Collaborate to document and continuously improve key operational procedures.
• Guide major initiatives: Establish processes for large-scale cross-functional launches including new SKUs and programs.
• Balance growth & simplicity: Navigate customization trade-offs to maximize revenue without burdening systems.
• Solve complex data anomalies: Investigate billing/usage data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
