Job summary

You will ensure cloud-native, secure, and scalable operations across an enterprise platform, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating development and O&M activities. The role emphasizes incident resolution, monitoring, and continuous improvement, with a flexible remote-work setup and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Equivalent experience accepted for highly qualified candidates.
• 10+ years supporting enterprise software systems, including operations, maintenance, and production support.
• Extensive experience leading troubleshooting, defect resolution, and incident management activities.
• Strong background maintaining cloud-native applications, integrations, and multi-environment pipelines.
• Experience coordinating development and O&M teams to sustain production stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily technical operations for production systems, ensuring stability, security, and high performance across environments.
• Manage incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
• Oversee patching, configuration updates, and maintenance across application, data, and integration layers.
• Drive monitoring, automation opportunities, and performance improvements to enhance system reliability.
