Job summary

You will refine user stories with Product Managers, estimate efforts, and ensure on-time sprint delivery while upholding DevSecOps and secure coding standards. The role requires 10+ years in software development, leadership in Agile environments, and experience with modern stacks like Java/Node.js/Python and React.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development in an Agile environment.
• Experience in a DevSecOps environment and secure coding practices.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience in an Agile environment.
• Desirable: experience managing a codebase as if it were open source.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily technical activities of an Agile product team, driving development, testing, and deployment of cloud‑native features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine user stories, estimate level of effort, and ensure predictable sprint delivery.
• Ensure all development adheres to DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding standards, and modern cloud architecture patterns.
• Promote code quality via peer reviews, reusable patterns, shared components, and strong documentation aligned with Definition of Done.
• Coordinate cross-team integration efforts to ensure product alignment, consistent user experience, and smooth release management.
