• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in Account Management, Sales, or related field.
• Understanding of business, financials, products & services, and market.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage territory and accounts and allocate resources effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn Wolters Kluwer products and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and accounts and manage deals through the sales cycle.
• Communicate with customers regarding account problems and discuss concerns and suggestions.
• Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
• Report suggestions and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support teams.
• Handle add-on sales for clients.
• Use Salesforce CRM to process, track, and organize client information.
