Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Flex Nurse Educator to support patients through remote education and in-field visits as required. The role emphasizes non-clinical, educational interactions with patients and collaboration with district leadership to improve treatment adherence.

Candidates should hold an active RN license, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of clinical experience. Travel up to 50% is anticipated; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (compact multi-state preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• Must reside within the specific geography and be eligible for licensure in multiple states as needed.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills; experience managing multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephony, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies, including home visits and approved locations.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to approved protocols and KPIs.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; participate in training and onboarding.
