Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Flex Nurse Educator to deliver remote patient education and provide in-person support during territory vacancies. This role blends tele-education with field visits, requiring a strong clinical background and the ability to manage multiple territories.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharma, or biotech settings. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; California licensure if in Mountain/Pacific time zones.
• Must reside within the posting geography and drive up to 50% travel.
• At least 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharma, or biotech.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies with privacy standards.
• Coordinate connections to program-approved patient resources.
• Maintain documentation and comply with KPIs and protocols.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; participate in training.
