Job summary

IQVIA LLC is hiring a Flex Nurse Educator in New York, NY to deliver remote patient education and on-site support during territory vacancies. The role combines non-clinical education with field visits, focusing on adherence training and patient empowerment.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Remote work with travel and occasional in-person visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (compact multi-state preferred) and at least 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Bachelor's degree required; California RN licensure may be required if residing in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms and MS Office; strong documentation skills.
• Must reside in the country where the job is posted and be able to travel up to 50% for in-field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies, including home visits; maintain privacy and high standards.
• Coordinate patient connections to program-approved resources and support dialogue with healthcare providers.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members; participate in training and strategic planning.
• Maintain documentation and comply with KPIs and regulatory standards.
