Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Flex Nurse Educator to deliver remote patient education and in-field support during territory vacancies, supporting adherence and disease management.

This is a non-clinical, educational role requiring an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of clinical experience; travel up to 50% is required. The position emphasizes privacy, documentation, and collaboration with district managers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to obtain additional licensure and travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education only during territory vacancy coverage.
• Coordinate with District Managers and Field Leadership; participate in training sessions.
• Maintain privacy, document accurately, and uphold KPIs and compliance standards.
• Onboard and mentor new team members as needed; connect patients with program resources.
