Job summary

IQVIA is hiring a Flex Nurse Educator to deliver remote patient education and, when needed, in-field support. This non-clinical role focuses on empowering patients to manage their treatment and improve adherence.

You will work with District Managers and Field Leadership, train new staff, and ensure compliance with program guidelines. The position requires an active RN license, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years clinical experience in relevant settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years clinical experience in hospital/home health/pharma/biotech
• Willingness to obtain California RN Licensure if in Mountain/Pacific time zones
• Must reside within the specific geography
• Proficient with virtual platforms and documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic/video/email/SMS/secure messaging
• Empower patients to manage disease and improve treatment adherence
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies (home visits)
• Coordinate connections to program-approved resources
• Maintain documentation and adhere to protocols and KPIs
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; assist onboarding and mentoring
• Connect patients with program-approved resources
• Educate patients on disease states and prescribed medications
• Promote adherence and dialogue with health-care providers
• Support patients through treatment journey and address access barriers
• Participate in training, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to program guidelines for non-clinical interactions
• Meet territory-specific targets and regulatory standards
