Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (multi-state preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to obtain California RN license if residing in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Must reside within the specified geography and travel up to 50% for in-field coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person support during territory vacancies, including home visits.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to KPIs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; participate in trainings and onboarding.
