argenx is hiring a Nurse Case Manager in the United States, centered in the Central time zone, to educate patients with gMG and coordinate therapy and financial support. You will work with a cross-functional team to resolve reimbursement issues and ensure compliant patient care.

Strong MS Office skills and travel readiness are required. The role requires RN licensure, 5+ years clinical experience, 2+ years in case management, and pharma/biotech exposure.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years clinical experience in healthcare including hospital/home health/pharma/biotech.
• 2–5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry a must.
• Reimbursement experience a plus.
• Must live in geographically assigned territory.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and prescribed argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates and findings to the patient and/or caregiver.
• Review and educate patients/caregivers on financial assistance programs and coordinate therapy logistics.
• Collaborate with the Patient Access Specialist, Case Coordinator, and Field Reimbursement Manager teams.
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators to ensure appropriate support is given on an individualized basis.
• Provide patient-focused education to empower patients to advocate for themselves.
• Develop relationships and manage multiple complex challenges that patients and caregivers face.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry laws and argenx’s policies.
• Travel regionally for patient education to support programs.
