Ladders is seeking a Nurse Case Manager for a remote role covering the eastern regional territory. This position centers on patient‑centered case management and education, working with patients, caregivers, provider coordinators, and reimbursement teams to navigate access, therapy support, and insurance challenges.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN who can educate, coordinate, and build relationships to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare, including hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and the company's products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patients and caregivers.
• Review financial assistance programs and coordinate logistical support for therapy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement-related issues.
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators for individualized support.
• Empower patients through education to advocate for themselves.
• Develop relationships to help manage complex challenges faced by patients and caregivers.

For our client, we are seeking a Nurse Case Manager, East to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on delivering patient-centered case management and education across a defined eastern regional territory. The position partners closely with patients, caregivers, provider case coordinators, and internal reimbursement teams to help navigate access, therapy support, and insurance-related challenges. It is well suited for a clinically experienced RN who can combine education, coordination, and relationship-building to improve the patient experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $136,000 – $187,000 annually
