Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Nurse Case Manager, Central, to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote role focuses on patient education, access, and reimbursement coordination, partnering with internal and external teams to navigate coverage options.

Ideal candidates are clinically experienced nurses with strong advocacy and cross-functional collaboration skills, ready for regional outreach in a specialized treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience (hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech).
• 2–5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience.
• Reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct education and support to patients and caregivers.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patients and caregivers.
• Review financial assistance programs and coordinate therapy support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients and provider coordinators for individualized support.
• Educate patients to advocate for themselves.
• Develop relationships to manage complex patient challenges.
