Ladders is seeking a Nurse Case Manager, Lead to oversee patient support case management for a pharmaceutical/biotech program. The role ensures coordinated access, onboarding support during treatment initiation, and guides team performance, compliance, and stakeholder communication to support patient experience.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $168,000 - $231,000 annually. Nursing license required with 5+ years clinical experience and 5+ years in leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Current nursing license in good standing.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience, including pharmaceutical/biotech.
• 3-5+ years of case management and reimbursement experience.
• 5+ years of experience building and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient support case management processes.
• Manage patient access needs during treatment initiation and onboarding.
• Evaluate patient case data for compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Lead compliance efforts in program, data privacy, and pharmacovigilance adherence.
• Monitor quality case management documentation for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
