Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Nurse Case Manager for the West region. This remote role partners with patients, caregivers, provider offices, and cross-functional teams to support reimbursement, education, and care coordination.

The ideal RN brings clinical expertise and compassion to help patients understand and access therapy, with 5+ years of healthcare experience and 2+ years in case management or pharma/biotech settings. Remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience (hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech).
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational training and support to patients and caregivers about the condition and the company's products
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patients and caregivers
• Review financial assistance programs and coordinate logistical support for therapy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement-related issues
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators to provide individualized support
• Empower patients through education to advocate for themselves
• Develop relationships to help manage complex challenges faced by patients and caregivers
