AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Intermediate Nuclear Engineer Energy - Remote. This role supports US nuclear safety licensing activities and requires deep SMR design expertise. You will author and review safety analyses and coordinate cross-disciplinary technical work.

Requires a Bachelor's in Nuclear Engineering (Master's/PhD preferred) and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Remote position based out of Oak Ridge, with comprehensive regulatory knowledge and SQA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or closely related field; Master's/PhD preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in nuclear industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical work supporting US nuclear safety licensing activities.
• Author, review, and approve technical documentation including safety analyses.
• Support licensing by preparing safety basis documents.
• Participate in hazard analyses, design reviews, and configuration management.
