Job summary

Remote work is available to admitted states with occasional travel for meetings and events. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, leverage virtual examination tools, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification by NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC.
• 3+ years outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care.
• Must be licensed in at least 2 Oscar States, including FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for comprehensive management.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and patient communications.
• Use remote home monitoring tools and virtual exam capabilities.
• Participate in collaborative care model with care team members.
