Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team in a part-time capacity. This role supports our members with virtual evaluation and management visits, reporting to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.

The 4x5 schedule provides 20 hours per week, with remote work from home and eligibility to work in multiple Oscar states. You will collaborate with physicians and care team members to deliver high-quality virtual care

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: Must have GA License; TX/FL/OH licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with Physicians on the care team.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and communication with patients and providers.
• Use tooling for remote exams and home monitoring.
• Participate in collaborative care with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and other clinicians.
