Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Virtual Health Assessment team in a part-time capacity. You will deliver high‑quality care to insurance members virtually and may cross-train with Virtual Urgent Care teams.

The role reports to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment and offers flexible remote hours. Candidates should have a DNP/FNP/ENP/PA with board certification and solid experience in outpatient care, including virtual delivery.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• Minimum 3+ years of outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in at least 2 core Oscar States with FL license required; TX/OH/NJ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement with physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Utilize virtual examinations and remote monitoring tools.
• Participate in collaborative care with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and supervisors where applicable.
• Attend required meetings to support patient care and service lines.
• Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
