Job summary

Requirements include DNP/FNP/ENP/PA, 3+ years in outpatient family medicine, and 2+ years delivering virtual care. Remote work from home with occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• 3+ years in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with Physicians.
• Utilize remote exams and home-monitoring tools in assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination with RN/MA/PCP.
