Job summary

You will provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting and collaborate with physicians on the care team. Requirements include a DNP/FNP/ENP/PA from an accredited program, 3+ years in outpatient Family Medicine, and 2+ years delivering virtual care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority with physicians on the care team for complex patients.
• Utilize remote exams and home monitoring tools.
• Participate in collaborative care with nurses, medical staff and PCPs.
