Oscar Medical Group is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join the Virtual Health Assessment team. The role is remote and relies on prescriptive authority within a collaborative practice with physicians to deliver high-quality virtual care to Oscar Health members.

Candidates must be licensed as a DNP/FNP/ENP or PA, board-certified, with 3+ years outpatient experience and 2+ years in delivering virtual care.

Qualifications

• Must have board-certified NP/PA with clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Minimum 3+ years in outpatient settings.
• Minimum 2+ years delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in at least two Oscar states; FL license is mandatory; TX/OH/NJ preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority within a collaborative practice with physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and communications with patients and other providers.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools and virtual exam capabilities.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow and product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
