Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for our Virtual Health Assessment team in a part-time role. You will provide virtual patient care, collaborate with physicians, and support remote exams and home monitoring tools.

Ideal candidates hold a DNP/FNP/ENP/PA and have 3+ years in outpatient primary care with 2+ years delivering virtual care. Remote work from home with occasional meetings is required.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years experience delivering virtual care.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting and partnering with Physicians on the care team for comprehensive care, with complex patients.
• Use tooling to allow virtual exams including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics.
• Participate in collaborative care model with multiple care team members including registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable.
• Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and regular service line All Hands.
• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program~ 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care~2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
