Qualifications

• Active clinical license (RN/NP/PA/MD/DO/PharmD or allied license).
• 2+ years hands-on experience in your field preferred.
• Clear, concise written explanations of reasoning.
• Familiar with AI/LLM tools and workflows.
• Proficient with cloud file tools (Google Workspace) and file handling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate how frontier AI models handle clinical work.
• Assemble realistic practitioner files and test model responses.
• Craft scenarios testing model accuracy and safety.
• Explain why model outputs are wrong with supporting reasoning.
