You will review clinical charts, simulations, and AI outputs, explain your reasoning, and maintain consistent judgments to ensure safe and accurate AI feedback aligned with project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active professional clinical license in one or more relevant fields.
• Current credentials and ability to practice clinically.
• Experience reviewing clinical records and coding where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical charts, simulations, materials, and AI outputs using rubrics.
• Explain reasoning and maintain consistent judgments across evaluations.
• Identify missing information, unsafe actions, or documentation gaps.
• Assess medical necessity, coding accuracy, and payer/regulatory concerns.
• Provide clear evaluation decisions to guide AI behavior improvements.
• Maintain quality and consistency during standardized reviews and calibration.
