Zusammenfassung

MissionHires is seeking clinicians to design realistic clinical tasks for AI evaluation. You will create prompts for SOAP notes, assessments, medication reconciliations, and triage decisions, and run tasks through frontier AI models to gauge performance against professional standards.

You will compare outputs, document strengths and weaknesses, and help refine tasks based on reviewer feedback. This is a fully remote contract with flexible scheduling and a minimum 10 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Active or recent clinical license as RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, PharmD, or allied health professional.
• At least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience preferred; exceptions for substantial practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Design challenging, realistic clinical tasks based on day-to-day practice.
• Create prompts and scenarios for clinical deliverables (SOAP notes, assessments, reconciliations).
• Run tasks through frontier AI models and assess against professional standards.
• Compare AI outputs and document strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop rubrics defining clinical reasoning and decisions.
• Identify and document model failures and missteps.
• Review or refine tasks developed by other clinicians.
• Propose and iterate on clinical evaluation tasks with feedback.
