Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to support AI training initiatives in a fully remote contract role. You will apply healthcare IT expertise to evaluate, test, and feedback on AI-generated outputs related to EHR workflows and hospital IT operations.

You’ll work asynchronously, manage your own schedule, and contribute to improving the reliability and accuracy of AI models across clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT systems, including EHRs and clinical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and system-analysis capabilities.
• Ability to bridge clinical workflows with technical solutions.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical systems expertise to evaluate, test, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content related to healthcare IT.
• Review AI outputs on EHR workflows, clinical troubleshooting, and hospital infrastructure.
• Identify inaccuracies or gaps in clinical reasoning and suggest improvements.
• Translate clinical knowledge into clear, actionable feedback for AI model quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones.
