You must hold NP/APRN licensure, have at least five years of nursing experience with advanced practice, and be able to work independently across time zones. This is a project-based opportunity with potential future assignments.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN or equivalent advanced practice nursing qualification with active licensure or eligibility.
• At least five years of nursing experience, including two or more years in an advanced practice or specialist role.
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
• Ability to work remotely across time zones.
• Strong clinical reasoning, escalation, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: Create prompts and gold-standard answers for your specialty.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical responses for accuracy, safety, and clarity.
• Assess clinical reasoning: differential diagnoses, triage, red flags, and escalation.
• Review diagnostic decisions and test interpretations for consistency with clinical data.
• Evaluate treatment and medication management within scope and safety.
• Verify clinical information and flag unsupported assumptions or unsafe guidance.
• Assess care pathways and patient education for guideline alignment.
• Improve AI reliability through structured feedback across populations.
