Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a District Sales Manager for our Powersports Dealer client in the Pacific Northwest region, covering WA, OR, ID, MT, and WY. This role operates remote as primary worksite with weekly travel to northwest dealerships.

You will develop dealer networks, execute regional sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, recruit dealers, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support launches and programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing sales relationships with a network of dealers or distributors in powersports, e-mobility, or consumer electronics (automotive may also be relevant)
• Experience recruiting and onboarding new dealers or distributors within an assigned territory
• Demonstrated success achieving sales quotas and driving territory growth
• Experience analyzing dealer sales, inventory, and performance data to identify opportunities and develop action plans
• Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage customer accounts, sales activities, and pipeline information

Responsibilities

• Execute district sales strategies that align with corporate sales objectives, market priorities, and business growth initiatives.
• Manage an assigned dealer network by serving as the primary point of contact for sales support, business development, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealers through regular communication, business reviews, and proactive account management.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue, wholesale, and market development objectives.
• Represent the company at dealer meetings, trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to strengthen brand presence and support business development.
